Personal customer service - We offer personal customer service where you will be in contact with our highly qualified NovaSolo representative throughout the process.

Craftsmanship & quality guarantee - All furniture is machine produced and finished by hand. We guarantee that our products are free of defects in workmanship under our 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Minimal to No Assembly Required - With the exception of our beds, tables and hutch units, all NovaSolo products are delivered fully assembled and ready for use. 

Where are NovaSolo's products made?

NovaSolo’s products are designed in Aalborg, Denmark and manufactured at our production facility on the island of Java, Indonesia.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@novasolo.uk just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.

When will my order arrive?

Most deliveries will occur within 5-10 business days once the goods have been picked up by the carrier. For Standard Shipping (Small Parcel), the delivery is performed by DX Service and includes delivery to your doorstep.

Can I change my order?

Sadly, we’re usually unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. But If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, you can always contact us on info@novasolo.uk before placing a new order online.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@novasolo.uk, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. My order has arrived but it’s not as expected. What are my options?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@novasolo.uk with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
